Importing addresses
Tenant owners and admins (and roles with the Users, Aliases or Lists part, for those kinds) can make many mailboxes, aliases and lists at once from a CSV file: in the tenant manager, People → Import addresses.
The file
A header line names the columns, in any order:
| Column | What it is |
|---|---|
kind | mailbox (when left empty), alias or list |
address | The new address, on one of your domains |
name | A mailbox's or list's name |
password | A mailbox's password, or generate for a random one that is emailed to emailTo and must be changed at the first sign-in. Leave it empty for mailboxes that sign in with Zappocity |
role | member (the default), admin, support, guest, and so on |
target | An alias's mailbox (it may be one this file makes), or a list's members, separated by spaces, commas or semicolons |
emailTo | Where a new mailbox's password is sent; it becomes the mailbox's recovery address |
temporary | yes to make a given password one to change at the first sign-in |

Check, then import
Check makes nothing: each row is marked ready, exists (an address already in use; it will be skipped) or with what is wrong: an address not on your domains, a password your tenant's rules refuse, an alias to a mailbox that does not exist, an address twice in the file. Fix the file and check again, or Import the ready rows.
Import makes mailboxes first, then aliases, then lists, with the same checks as making each by hand: your seats, who may make owners and admins, and so on. Rows that fail are listed with why; the others are made. Passwords are never shown back.
From the command line: corpsuite tenant import TENANT csv=@addresses.csv dryRun:=true, then without dryRun.
